As a mom, my life is already pretty crazy and hectic. Throw in a holiday or two - and fuhgeddaboutit. With holiday shopping, everyday errands, keeping the house running, homeschooling, working from home, decorating for the holidays and entertaining or hosting ..... The holidays are especially busy for me - and probably for you, too! You know the saying, "one step forward and two steps back" ..... that's sorta the story of my life right now. I feel like I'm being pulled in a million different directions!
I'm going to let you in on a little secret of mine .... while I tend to go all out for Thanksgiving dinner - the whole nine yards, from scratch - Christmas MUST be easy and convenient for me. Call me selfish, but while everyone else is enjoying the day, spending time with family and checking out their new toys - the last thing I want to be, is stuck in the kitchen. Maybe you feel the same way?!
Every year for Christmas, we have an easy (for me!) dinner .... and my family doesn't even seem to mind!

Don't get me wrong, we enjoy a traditional meal ...... I just don't want to spend hours making it and cleaning it up! I have come to know and love HoneyBaked Ham for great tasting, premium products that save me time in the kitchen so I can be with my family - especially for the holidays!
Some of my favorite dishes from HoneyBaked Ham Co. (besides the ham, of course!), is the Broccoli and Rice Casserole and the Mac and Cheese. My family really enjoys these dishes as well ..... and they love the cheesecake sampler! ;) My kiddos always fight about who gets more of the mac and cheese - I think it's fair to say that it is definitely a family favorite!
