I'm kind of a minimalist when it comes to bags and purses. I don't really like carrying them, and the times when I do need one, it needs to be functional. Being cute is an added bonus! 
In my day to day life, I am a planner and organizer. I plan everything in my handy dandy paper calendar and on my phone! I even go as far as setting numerous reminders for myself so I can remember to do certain things. Even my email pops up with reminders! It's extreme, y'all. Being a blogger has made me realize just how much I really do rely on my calendar and those reminders!

If you were to come to my house at any time, you would see four things that are almost always near me .... my computer, my phone, my calendar and my spiral notebook. Oh, and coffee ... so let's make that five things! :) Seriously, am I the only one?! I can't function without them. My spiral notebook is full of menu plans, store sales, grocery lists, recipe ideas, notes to myself, to do lists .... everything. Having a nifty place to keep them would be great, don't ya think?!

Thanks to my friend, Melissa, I have a place to keep my stuff - a Zip Top Organizing Utility Tote Thirty-One bag! It's cute and it's functional! I just love the black with white dots!! This is the bag I throw all of my stuff into on Sunday morning for church or when we take a day trip! It has seven outer pockets and a zippered top! I can fit my planner, my spiral notebook, my Bible and my little ziplock bag full of candy and gum - and there's still tons of room left! If Abby were still a baby, this would make such a cute diaper bag!!
